Dortmund secured a 2-0 aggregate win to eliminate PSG in the semi-final stage on Tuesday night, marking their third Champions League final appearance.
Sancho delivered a standout performance in their 1-0 home leg victory last week and continued to contribute in the second leg, adding to the excitement of a tumultuous season for the 24-year-old. Following the triumph, the England international took to social media to savor the moment.
Accompanying a photo of his celebration and a team snapshot capturing their triumph, he shared on Instagram: "Champions League Final! Incredible feeling! Wembley here we come!"
Earlier in the season, Sancho faced challenges, training with Manchester United's under-18s after a falling out with manager Erik ten Hag. Subsequently loaned out to Dortmund in January, he initially faced a slow start but has since impressed with his former club.
Although his time at Manchester United has been disappointing following his £73 million ($85m) move in 2021, the former Manchester City academy player is now on the brink of making history with Dortmund.
