The Lions won the One Day trophy and finished second on the log in the domestic season behind the rivals Titans. They supported the gender-based violence campaign and the fight against breast cancer.
as a union we looked at what is it that we can do which are the trophies-obviously we wanted to win all the trophies but beyond the trophies we wanted to contribute in society in general so say from CSA perspective what can we do on gender base violence, food poverty and other initiative like breast cancer.
So yes we won the one-day trophy, came second on the log but changing lives, seeing people you know in terms of the hampers we donated over 4-million, gender based violence campaign that we ran with CSA, the pink day campaign and thats what we seek to celebrate for the season as well Mngozmezulu concluded.
The venue can take up to 4000 people, and the fans are invited to buy the tickets and come to support their stars being recognized.
The tickets are available on sale.
