The Dutch knocked the Proteas out of the 2022 T20 World Cup in Adelaide, Australia, before the Associate nation against shocked the more fancied opponents at the 2023 50-over World Cup in India.
Proteas batter Heinrich Klaasen is certainly looking to put the record straight against the Netherlands at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium.
"We definitely want to get back a couple of games against Netherlands," Klassen said. "They just do the basics extremely well.
"The moment they get on top of you, they become a difficult beast. When they do the basics right, they do it so well that they keep squeezing you.
"They have unbelievable outfielding, so it's not easy just to shift that momentum against them. For us, it's a big game."
The Proteas are expected to name an unchanged side after the opening victory against Sri Lanka and will be probably back their pace attack.
Anrich Nortje, Marco Jansen, Kagiso Rabada and Ottniel Baartman are hoping the pitch at the venue once again gives them plenty of assistance after dismissing Sri Lanka for just 77.
The Dutch also go into the contest having already tasted a win in their opening encounter after toppling Nepal.
