This follows confirmation of the much-anticipated re-match on the 24th of next month, with the IBF Featherweight eliminator being the main agenda.
Dlamini won the previous encounter against Kameda in October last year on a split decision, and Nathan says this time around, it won’t even go the full distance.
"Yeah, we're going back for the re-match. We're going to win again in Japan – we've done it before, we'll do it again. I'm very confident in Lerato's ability," said Nathan.
"Tomoki is a good fighter, but this time, if Tomoki changes his game plan and wants to be more aggressive on the front foot, that's going to work right into our favour.
"He's going to get punished, he's going to get hurt, and you could even see a potential stoppage from Dlamini – stopping Kameda and ending his career, and putting him into premature retirement."
After watching one of his boxers, under No Doubt Management, Kaine “K9” Fourie cruise to an IBF continental junior-lightweight title this past weekend, Nathan’s focus is now on improving the young lad's ranking under the major sanctioning bodies.
"He's just pulling it back, he's got the equaliser. He's such an exciting, young, dynamic fighter and really pulls it back, so I just think there's so much potential with him," he added.
"Obviously now we have to step him up, with him knocking these guys out. The point is, it's not his fault, but we need guys who are going to go rounds.
"I think the next step now is beyond the African realm, and probably looking at an international level and seeing how we can develop him and take him along.
"Those guys know how to get hold of me – Frank Smith, Eddie Hearn, all those boys. They've got my number, they can text me, I'm available to speak about Kaine Fourie in conjunction with Boxing 5, so let's do it."
