In what will be a rematch bout between the two boxers, they clash at the Yamato Arena, in Suita, Osaka tomorrow evening.
Dlamini has been in Japan for a week now with his camp, and speaking to SABC Sport from Osaka this morning, Nathan says they will have all the answers for Kameda.
"We're ready to go, we've trained hard, and we've got a great game plan. It's more a situation of what Kameda presents and we'll have an answer for that," said Nathan.
"Lerato will answer him in every department, if he changes his game plan to the approach we're expecting from him, which is more aggressive, and he's going to walk into counters.
"So we've prepared accordingly, we have a good game plan, Lerato is in great shape – I trained him harder than I did the last time for this contest because of what's at stake and the magnitude of everything.
"And, obviously, the severity of us fighting for the number one position and being next in line to fight for the world title, so we really are up for this event."
Rated number one – ahead of the former two-weight world champion, Nathan says there’s a lot at stake in tomorrow’s fight as the two boxers know each other very well from the last fight, in which Dlamini outscored Kameda on points.
"It's not that it makes it more complicated, it just makes the stakes higher, and I think there's a lot of pressure on Kameda, he has to perform, he's going to bring it and leave it all on the line, I know that," he added.
"But there's also pressure on us to perform as well, it's not easy going to someone's home town and winning, which is exactly what we plan on doing – we've done it before, we're going to do it again, and this time you'll see a more polished performance from Lerato.
"Again, we're going to win this fight convincingly tomorrow."
