SASCOC announce Team SA for upcoming Paris Olympic Games

The South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee on Wednesday announced the first of three parts of the team set to represent the nation at the 2024 Olympic Games.

The Games is scheduled to take place from 26 July until 11 August in Paris, with South Africa set to partake in its ninth edition since its return in 1992.

SASCOC have named Team South Africa in part, consisting of Athletics, Swimming, Surfing, Canoeing, Climbing, and Gymnastics participants.

Parts two and three is set to be announced at a later date, once the rest of the athletes' qualification has been confirmed.
