Chiefs confirmed the signing of Saile from Zambian Super League side Nchanga Rangers last week, where he was the top goal scorer this season with eight goals.
The 22-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with Amakhosi and Rangers believed to have made close to R3,5-million from this transfer. Zwane says Saile is also suited for a high pressing game.
"You look at the aggression that I'm talking about, the composure inside the box. Psychologically, he's very strong. Let alone physically, he's the type of striker that you need when you want to play high pressing games, he'll easily adapt," he said.
Zwane says they will also help bring in a close family member of Saile from DRC to help him settle quicker in his new environment.
"He's a very jolly fella, he's disciplined. He told me that he's communicating with his family, he wants to bring in his brother or a close friend that will help him settle quicker," Zwane added.
"As a club, we will give him that support because we don't want him to get bored. When things are not going well for him, he must have someone to talk to."
Saile spent close to three weeks in December trailing at Chiefs and featured in some friendly matches where he also scored in some of the games.
This is where some of his new teammates like Bafana Bafana winger Kgaogelo Sekgota got to be comfortable with him around and believe that he’s exactly the type of a striker the club was missing.
"Christian is a good player. He's quick, he likes to score goals which is something that we need as a club. He's got great qualities. He's quick on the ball and off the ball, which is something that we need," said Sekgota.
