The Munich-born defensive midfielder has been playing for the German record champions since the age of seven and made his Bundesliga debut in the 8-0 win over Darmstadt at the Allianz Arena last Saturday.
Jan-Christian Dreesen, CEO: "We're very happy for Aleksandar Pavlovic, who has celebrated not one but two firsts in the space of just a few days: first his Bundesliga debut, now his first professional contract. A born-and-bred Munich boy making it into the FC Bayern first team - our fans dream of these stories becoming reality, as do we in the club. His journey should also be an example to our youth players that you can get to the top through the Campus."
Christoph Freund, sporting director: "Aleks Pavlovic is a technically gifted midfielder with very good vision. Furthermore, he's incredibly eager to learn, ambitious and determined in terms of his goals. Aleks has worn the Bayern shirt since the age of seven and has passed through every youth team all the way to our first team. That makes him a great example for our boys at the Campus. We're very pleased that he's signed his first professional contract with us."
Aleksandar Pavlovic: "I grew up at FC Bayern and am very happy to have now signed my first professional contract. I've dreamed of this since I was little. Many thanks to everyone who's supported me at the FC Bayern Campus. I want to learn in every training session and will keep working hard on myself."
The Munich academy product began playing youth football for SC Fürstenfeldbruck before joining Bayern in 2011. Pavlovic has progressed through all the German record champions' junior teams, making eight appearances for FC Bayern II in the Regionalliga to date (one goal) and now training with the senior squad. Last season he was part of the first team that won the Bundesliga title.
