That result equalled their biggest defeat since acquiring top-flight status in 2021, with a 4-1 loss to Royal Am in the Premiership in 2022 already on their records.
Some fans suggested perhaps the widely reported financial struggles had been behind Sunday’s hefty scoreline but, Ramovic announced all outstanding debts had been settled prior.
"I've said it a lot of times that a lot of things are just nonsense. All the players got paid and everything is fine. We have to keep on going and it will be nice if journalists start giving my players credit for a really good season," he said.
Following their cup elimination, Ramovic notes their focus in the league will now be to secure a top-eight finish, albeit there are financially stronger clubs also gunning for the same target.
"We have a mission; we will try our best to get into the top eight. If we do it, it will be for us. The club is new in the league and we are trying to instil a winning mentality club. It will not be easy because a lot of financially strong clubs are in front of us but we are close," he concluded.
