Ange Postecoglou believes Destiny Udogie came out on top in Bukayo Saka duel in North London derby

Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou believes Nigerian left-back Destiny Udogie came out on top in the duel with Arsenal's Bukayo Saka in the sides' draw in the North London derby.

Udogie, just 20 years old, was given a hard time by Saka especially in the first-half of the 2-2 draw at Emirates Stadium on Sunday. Despite this, Postecoglou believes Udogie was 'the dominant player' in the battle with Saka.

Reacting the performance of Udogie, Postecoglou was quoted as saying by Football London: "I thought both our full-backs had difficult jobs today. Arsenal have outstanding wide players but they dealt with it.

"Destiny picked up a yellow card but I felt he dealt with it well and ended up as the dominant player on that side. It will have been a great learning experience for him."

The 20-year-old Udogie registered a game-high eight tackles in the north London derby and made four tackles in ninety minutes of action.
