Both sides showcased attacking intent, but resolute defending and crucial saves ensured the points were shared.
The game burst into life early on, with TS Galaxy's Sphiwe Mahlangu missing two chances in the opening minutes, including a header that flew high and wide.
Marks Munyai received the game's first yellow card in the eighth minute for a clumsy challenge, setting the tone for a feisty encounter.
Golden Arrows opened the scoring in the 17th minute when Velemseni Ndwandwe, celebrating his birthday, headed home a well-placed cross from Siyanda Mthanti after a corner.
The lead was short-lived as TS Galaxy equalised just three minutes later. Victor Letsoalo nodded in a pinpoint cross from Kganyane Letsoenyo from close range.
The remainder of the first half saw both teams trading chances. Golden Arrows' Angelo Van Rooi and Nduduzo Sibiya forced fine saves, while Mahlangu and Mlungisi Mbunjana kept Arrows goalkeeper on alert.
Galaxy edged possession in the opening 45 minutes, holding 58 percent and registering seven attempts to Arrows' six.
The second half was equally intense, with neither side able to find a winner despite several opportunities.
Victor Letsoalo and Kamogelo Sebelebele came close for Galaxy, while Themba Mantshiyane and Siyanda Mthanti threatened for Arrows.
Both teams made multiple substitutions in search of fresh impetus, but defences held firm.
Galaxy ended the match with 58 percent possession and 13 attempts, compared to Arrows' nine.
The result sees Golden Arrows move up to sixth on 19 points after 13 matches, while TS Galaxy sit 11th with 15 points from the same number of games.
Both teams will need to find more cutting edge as the league campaign progresses.
