Coach Dalisile Mbatha is impressed with how her side took instructions and has reason to believe there are early signs they could be title contenders.
"I'm very happy and the girls are very happy. The thing that makes me very happy is the fact that the girls can take instructions and act on it," said Mbatha.
"They are very committed to the game, and they're showing very good creativity. You may tell them a lot of stuff but most of the stuff they are doing comes from them.
"That's why I have confidence in this team because they don't wait for us to do things but they are very proactive and take things into their own hands, most of the time.
"Again, if we give them the instructions, they pass it on to each other and motivate themselves, so we are very, very happy. We're looking forward to the next game."
‘Bantwana’ are also in the same group as Namibia – a side they will face tomorrow afternoon at the Bingu National Stadium at 13:00.
Mbatha added she will make minor changes to the team that beat Malawi to afford others a chance to get game time at a major tournament, but their target of collecting maximum points won’t be compromised.
