Saka, widely regarded as one of the best wingers in world football, has demonstrated his exceptional abilities during Euro 2024, albeit in occasional glimpses.
The England national team, managed by Gareth Southgate, have progressed to the quarter-finals of the tournament, where they are set to face Switzerland.
Meanwhile, Brazil are competing in the Copa America without their talisman Neymar, who is recovering from a long-term ACL injury on his left knee.
Neymar, who currently plays for Al Hilal, has been side-lined for some time, leaving Brazil to navigate the tournament in his absence.
Despite this, Brazil are performing admirably, sitting second in Group D with four points. They have the potential to top the group if they secure a victory against Colombia in their final group match.
Saka's admiration for Neymar is evident, as he seems to have a particular affinity for the Brazilian star.
Asked who he thinks is the most underrated player in world football, Saka said: "I've got to say Neymar. I think people talk about him but he needs to be spoken about more.
"He deserves more respect than he gets. Personally, that's what I feel."
