Ancelotti highlighted the importance of developing young talent, particularly Endrick, who recently joined the club. "Endrick is doing well, but he's still adapting to the level of play at Real Madrid," Ancelotti said.
"It's crucial to be patient with him as he continues to grow and improve. There's a lot of talent there, and we need to let him settle in at his own pace."
When asked about criticism he faces as a coach, Ancelotti remained resolute. "Criticism doesn't faze me," he stated confidently. "We're focused on making progress, despite the challenges of injuries and a tight schedule. The team is recovering well and we're managing our resources carefully."
Regarding the injury situation, particularly Kylian Mbappe's, Ancelotti noted the unpredictability of such issues. "Injuries are part of the game, and Mbappe's recovery is a gradual process," he explained.
"He's been training, resting, and his recent improvements show the benefits of careful recovery."
He also acknowledged the difficulties posed by limited squad rotation due to injuries.
Ancelotti was asked if Jude Bellingham could step into a leadership role for the team. "He's not the leader yet, but he's a key player," Ancelotti responded.
"Leadership is determined by the players, and Jude's commitment and quality make him a valuable asset to the team."
On comparisons to Pep Guardiola's situation at Manchester City, Ancelotti showed solidarity. "Pep is one of the best in the world, and a few tough results don't change that," he said.
Ancelotti praised Vinicius Junior for his ongoing contribution to the team. "Vinicius remains our top performer, showing humility and consistency," Ancelotti added.
Looking ahead to the game against Rayo Vallecano, Ancelotti acknowledged the challenge. "Rayo have always been a tough opponent for us," he noted.
"They play well at home and are aggressive. We're confident in putting in a strong performance."
Ancelotti and his team are now focused on preparing for the clash at the Estadio de Vallecas, set for Saturday.
