Amakhosi find themselves tenth in the log and are in danger of finishing outside the top eight.
However, interim coach Cavin Johnson is not giving up on finishing in the top four.
"I never say goodbye until the last game so we as a team, we as the technical team, we have to push as hard as we can. So, for us that's never out of our way, the players know that and yeah, it's one major pressure but the bubble that we are in now, we have to get a pressure bubble somewhere," Johnson said.
Chiefs are currently in their worst state in years, they are about to go another season without a trophy and even miss out on the top eight.
Johnson says they are not psychologists, they can't tell if the players are struggling mentally.
He lamented the issue of finishing chances.
"At some moments we are all not psychologists, we are just technical coaches, football coaches, we are not psychologists, so we have to look at that and understand why is this happening, what’s the combinations, why are we not having fun, and you try and do that in your training, whereby you create many free goal scoring opportunities where players can know what it [scoring] feels like.
“But it’s still not happening. Maybe I need to take them to gun shooting [range], and they’ll be better, but at the moment, we have to dig deep in our technical staff to see what we can do to make the finishing a finished product."
