Ibrahim Osman says he joined Brighton after being excited by the Premier League club's "style of play".
The 19-year-old winger signed for the Seagulls from Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland.
The Right to Dream Academy has reportedly signed a five-year deal with Roberto De Zerbi's team amid interest from a number of European clubs.
Osman told Bold: "I chose Brighton because of the style of play. When you perform at Brighton, you get to play. That's why I chose Brighton."
Brighton Technical Director David Weir added: "He's a young and exciting prospect, but for now, it's important that we give him the space to focus fully on Nordsjaelland, where he is enjoying a good season."
Osman netted four goals and provided one assist in 17 league appearances for Nordsjaelland this season.
