The 21-year-old Engish-born Ghanaian defender was promoted from the Reds' under 21 side this term.
He has gone onto play 32 games in all competitions, scoring two goals and creating three.
Having come up through the ranks at the Premier League club, Quansah got his first taste of senior football while on loan with Bristol Rovers.
He has since slotted into the Liverpool set up with ease, and explained that he is learning a lot being able to rub shoulders with top-class players every day.
Quansah, who netted his first Premier League goal against Aston Villa on Monday, said on Ghanasoccernet: "I've learnt so much, it's been so valuable to my career, to be honest. I can't thank the gaffer enough for trusting me in these games.
"I've played against some of the best players in the world and played alongside some of the best players in the world. Hopefully that continues and I just keep pushing on and getting better and better."
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will leave the club at the end of the current season, and Quansah expects an "emotional" final day of the campaign at home to Wolves.
"I'm sure Anfield will be buzzing. Hopefully we can get a win for him," the player added.
"It will probably be an emotional day because of what he's done for the club and what he's done for the fans, especially for the players as well, especially for myself and some of the younger lads [with] the opportunities he's given us. I think it's going to be a good day hopefully."
