Former Orlando Pirates captain Happy Magents Jele has no specific preference about his next club, just as long as he will be playing football for the next two to three years.
In an interview with SABC Sport on Thursday, Jele, who parted ways with his only football club of 16 years earlier this week, has highlighted why he wants to continue playing.
The 35-year-old was presented with an opportunity of a non-playing role at Pirates but opted instead to walk away with the intention of continuing to lace up his boots everyday.
He has been strongly linked to Royal AM, a club that will be going to the CAF Confederation Cup next season after finishing third in the DSTV Premiership last season, though he denies having had any offers.
"For now I can't say anything because there's nothing, but anything that comes that's good for me, I will appreciate and take it and go and play," Jele told SABC Sport.
"Unless you know, because you're in that space [media]. As for me, I don't know anything because I've never seen anyone or had someone call me, saying, 'We want to offer you this,' or 'Can we have your signature?'
"[There is] nothing, I've been taking my kids to school and coming back, and I'm enjoying my family time for now. But I'm hoping that one day everything is going to go well for me."
