Nabi, who joins Chiefs from Moroccan side ASFAR Rabat, says it’s important that he respects the stature of Chiefs as a big club.
"I want to respect the DNA of the club, Kaizer Chiefs is a big club, don't worry about the results of last season but I need to respect the DNA of the club. I just need time to get to know the players in the team, I'm not going to change the DNA, obviously I'll try to bring improvements and focus on strategies and more offensive football," Nabi said.
As Chiefs fans wait in anticipation of how the team has changed from the previous season, after their worst finish (10th) in the club's history, Nabi, speaking through an interpreter, says Amakhosi supporters can expect an offensive game tomorrow.
"Now that I am heading a very good team, an excellent team, I always focus on attack. So, it's far from being a defensive game, it will be a show, and it will be an impressive game for the viewers to watch. I'll focus more on offering a good show for the spectators."
Happy Mashiane, is not available for this game, as he’s attending to a family commitment.
