AmaTuks come into this clash on the back of a 3-2 defeat to topflight newcomers University of Fort Hare last Saturday.
Khumalo says they will not take the relegation-threatened side for granted as they will come with some aggression as part of their attempt to escape the drop zone.
"Teams in relegation [zone] are fighting for survival and will give their best, so we won't take them for granted because we're not playing against a position, but against a team," said Khumalo.
"They will give everything they have to collect those points, and we also need those points, so it's not going to be an easy game just because they are in the relegation zone."
Having lost their previous match to Fort Hare, coach Khumalo says they can’t afford to lose more points and will have to make use of their home ground advantage to rectify mistakes from the previous match.
"It's definitely for us to get the three points after our loss away to Fort Hare, so that has to motivate us because we need these points and it's a home game," she added.
"So the expectation is definitely to do better compared to our last game, and compared to our first leg away to Durban Ladies when we played our first game [of the season]."
