RB Leipzig hold firm over Dani Olmo as Barcelona eye Nico Williams

According to a report by Cadena SER, the Catalan club proposed a deal of 50 million euros plus an additional 10 million euros in variables, but the Germans have deemed this insufficient.

Moreover, Leipzig are reportedly not keen on the payment structure suggested by Barcelona. To secure Olmo's signature, Barcelona will need to revise their offer.

In the meantime, Barcelona remain hopeful regarding Nico Williams. Club sources have indicated they plan to wait for the player, with a critical date set around August 12, when Williams returns to training with Athletic Bilbao.

The Blaugrana are optimistic that Williams will respond positively to their proposal before this date, although they acknowledge he has reservations.
