Report: Dejan Kulusevski exit looms amid Tottenham struggles

Speculation is mounting over Dejan Kulusevski's future at Tottenham, as the Swedish international considers a potential departure.

Despite being one of the brighter performers for Ange Postecoglou's side, the midfielder is reportedly weighing his options following a challenging season for the club.

Tottenham currently sit 11th in the Premier League table, a stark contrast to their Champions League qualification under Kulusevski's influence two seasons ago.

Kulusevski, initially arriving on loan in January 2023, quickly became a fan favourite, playing a pivotal role in surpassing Arsenal for a top-four finish.

This season, however, Kulusevski's frustration has grown, particularly with reduced playing opportunities. While excelling in the No. 10 role and shining in a memorable 4-0 victory against Manchester City, he has often seen Brennan Johnson preferred on the right wing.

AC Milan have emerged as a possible destination, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, now an advisor at the Italian club, reportedly reaching out.

Milan's interest hinges on offloading Samuel Chukwueze first, but a loan deal with an option to buy is being discussed.

For Kulusevski, a return to Serie A would rekindle a connection with a league where he first made his mark with Atalanta, Parma, and Juventus.
