Monyepao confirmed the team is from outside the continent but would not be drawn into naming it until negotiations were concluded.
This clash will be preceded by an international friendly against England in Coventry in October.
Already this year, the African Champions have played six games - against Nigeria, Tanzania and Senegal – all on home and away basis. The England fixture will be the seventh.
"We are negotiating with another country not on the African continent to play them but we are still waiting for them to come back with a contract and once that is on the table, we'll get approval from our leadership and then once that approval is granted which I'm sure it will be because of the calibre of their position then we can sign on the dotted lines and then we can take it forward. So, November then we can get two quality games for Banyana Banyana," Monyepao said.
Monyepao says the match-up against Sarina Wiegman’s England is a sign of approval of how Banyana Banyana are still held in high esteem.
"It shows the quality of football that we are playing as a nation but I think we should not rest and get comfortable because if you get comfortable in that space, everyone else catches up," she added.
"So, we need to ensure that we keep playing top quality opposition so that when it comes to the Women's AFCON or the qualifications or participation in the Women's World Cup [we are well prepared],” she added.
“Preparation takes four years, it doesn't take a year after qualification for you to prepare for the World Cup, it's a journey, so we need to ensure that this journey continues, our players taste international football of that calibre as regularly as possible.
"For us, it's also key that we also go out there. As much as England is playing other quality opposition, we also need to look around the world and tap into teams in South America, North America, in the Asian Football Confederation as well so that we can get different tastes, different opposition of different playing styles as well as we prepare the team for the future."
