Earlier this week, the Serbian was said to have signed and sealed a deal with the Botola Pro League champions, but the announcement has proved premature.
Ramovic was tightlipped about the facts surrounding the stand-off, but SABC Sport has reliably been informed that Raja are against the coach bringing his own backroom staff – two assistants and a goalkeeper coach.
With the deal hanging in the balance, the Galaxy mentor insists he is focused on their upcoming clash against FC Augsburg on Saturday.
"No, it's [negotiations] still going on. Everybody that knows me, I have principles and I have values, and if this kind of terms, I don't see on the table, I respect myself and nothing will happen," said Ramovic.
"As things stand now, I will be here on Saturday and I will be the coach of TS Galaxy."
Ramovic is adamant the on-and-off move is of no disturbance to the players as he has been playing open cards with them about his potential new job.
"If you have a great relationship with your players, and you are honest and transparent, nobody will be disturbed. If you are not transparent or honest, even to yourself, [then it will]," he added.
"My guys know every step of what's happening, they hear it from me, so they know exactly what's happening, they exactly what the goal is, and they know exactly that until now, nothing has happened.
"They know me and that I stick to my values, and all in all, like I said, at present, I am still with this beautiful club and I'm absolutely happy. I have an amazing chairman that also understands the whole situation."
