The two sides clash in a title-deciding fixture in Korhogo, Ivory Coast, with Downs the favourites after narrowly beating the Moroccan 1-0 earlier in the group stages.
But Tshabalala insists they will not be complacent with everything now at stake.
"A very tricky game that we're going to play, and I did say we saw how they played the first game, and also when they played the team [Ampem Darkoa Ladies] from Ghana," said Tshabalala.
"But this one, I believe, we just need to rely more on our strength, we don't have to worry more about them, we just have to worry about ourselves."
This will be the third final in a row for Sundowns, and Tshabalala is looking for a second trophy after the disappointment of being thrashed 4-0 by AS FAR at this stage of the competition last year.
"I remember we conceded four goals [in last year's final], and those four goals we learned the hard way. We're going to be very cautious, we're not going to be excited about it," he added.
"We know it's a big game, they're also going to bring their A-game, so we're going to be very cautious in terms of how we approach the game. We don't want to be disappointed again, we want to go on that field and be victorious."
