The Capetonians lost 1-0 to TP Mazembe in their tournament opener on Saturday, and currently sit third in Group A with two matches to play.
Speaking on Sport Wrap on Radio 2000 with Rachel Makhura, Mbuli said they are now under tremendous pressure to get a positive result against the Senegalese outfit and salvage their chances of getting out of the group.
"Another team full of energy, physique and speed, but we don't have a choice [but to win] – it will be tough because they also need a result," said Mbuli.
"But for us now, to go through to the next round, we don't have a choice, we must get the results in the next two games."
The Banyana Banyana assistant coach further highlighted the struggles of trying to do opposition analysis in the absence of video footage, while having the Hollywoodbets Super League broadcast on SABC Sport gives other teams an advantage.
"We couldn't plan anything leading up to this tournament because in Senegal, you can't watch games like in South Africa, they can watch us from SABC," she added.
"But ja, we'll just use that game that they played [against AS FAR], but I believe if we can stick to what we know and forget what they can do, we can come out with a result.
"We came here with a goal, which was to get out of the group stages, so for us to reach the semi-finals, we have to win the next game, and after that we must win the next one [against FAR], which is going to be tough against the hosts."
