The Serbian was announced last week to be on his way to join the Botola Pro League outfit but talks collapsed and he will remain with the Mpumalanga outfit for another season.
“The coach was not happy with certain issues in his contract and decided to pull out of the negotiations, and now the matter is closed, he will stay with us for another season,” said Sukazi.
When quizzed about the expected new coach who was said to be replacing Ramovic, the TS Galaxy owner had this to say.
“The new coach was coming to join us on condition Sead accepted the Raja Casablanca offer, but as matters stand, with our coach staying, the deal with the other one falls off,” added Sukazi.
“It is the same with Bernard Parker – he was going to be the second assistant to the incoming coach, but now that situation does not exist anymore – so he also returns to be the head coach of the DDC team alongside Vuyo Mere.
Ramovic had been in talks with the North Africans and was believed to have signed a deal but it turned out that there were some terms in the contract he was unhappy about. The public broadcaster has been reliably informed that chief among those were that he could not travel with his technical team - two assistant coaches, Beganovic Adnan and Kodro Mustafa, as well as goalkeeper coach Greg Etafia, which led to collapse in talks.
Ramovic was on the bench on Saturday when TS Galaxy faced German Bundesliga side FC Augsburg in the inaugural Mpumalanga Premier’s International Cup at the Mbombela Stadium.
