The Hammers have lost just one of their last eight games in all competitions and they qualified for the last 16 of the Europa League on Thursday following a 2-0 victory over Freiburg.
And now West Ham face Wolves in the Premier League on Sunday in the first of four matches still to be played before the end of 2023.
Soucek said: "We will need to be disciplined and we need to make sure we're ready for the Wolves games.
"Having games every three days is difficult, but we have a really good team. We need to make sure we concentrate, work hard, and hopefully we can pick up the results that mean a very good Christmas.
"In general, our results recently have been really good.
"We know Fulham was a bad performance (a 5-0 defeat) but we're very happy we bounced back quickly with a good game and result against Freiburg. We now have three games between now and Christmas, all of which will be really hard matches."
David Moyes' side, who sit in ninth place, will look to bounce back in the Premier League after last week's disappointing 5-0 collapse at Craven Cottage.
And the Scot highlighted his ambition for the Hammers to hold their place in the table and compete with tough opposition.
Moyes said: "We don't need to think too much about Europe now until March, so we're looking forward to our coming games. We want to stay close to the boys at the top end of the table and try to get in amongst them.
"We've got to go and do our business (against Wolves), try to keep our good home form going and try to win again."
The east Londoners will come up against their former player and Wolves defender Craig Dawson and Moyes said is looking forward to the reunion.
He added: "We're looking forward to seeing Craig Dawson again. He played a huge part in getting us from where we started to where we are now. He was a big part of it."
