The former Black Leopards player was speaking after his side were held to a 1-all draw by the high-riding University of Johannesburg on Saturday in Soweto.
With 16 matches to go, Sibiya is under no illusion of the difficulty ahead, starting with the red-hot University of the Western Cape (UWC) who thrashed Royal AM 6-2 on the same day, while reigning champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies had a comfortable 5-1 win over Durban Ladies.
After 14 games, the Mpumalanga outfit is fourth on the table with 27 points, 11 behind the log leaders.
"It's never easy, you know if we look at numbers, TS Galaxy still has 16 more matches to play, so that automatically tells you that come second round things are still gonna be tough,” said Sibiya.
“Next week we are facing a UWC team that the last time they lost was against Richmond United, so they've been gaining the momentum, they've been picking up the points. It's gonna be a tough one again but I'm happy with my team.”
Sibiya has not lost a match in seven outings since return to TS Galaxy in April, something he is proud of. He has managed four wins and three draws.
"I think we want to collect as many points as we can. This is my 7th game, I haven't lost yet. This is something to be proud of as a coach that you haven't lost yet and you are still going.
“I've got a group of players that believe in the ideas, I just sell the idea and they just buy. Remember before you even lose you must concede, I hate losing with passion, I hate conceding. Once you hate conceding chances are you are 50% at an advantage of not losing the game, that is why I don't want to concede."
