The Tshwane side currently finds themselves in unfamiliar territory in the bottom half of the table, occupying 10th spot after 17 matches – a far cry from when they used to dominate the competition alongside rivals Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.
Radebe says they need to keep their heads up and not lose hope.
"Ja, we need to beef up our team, honestly speaking. If you see, we are struggling in the goalkeeping department, we have a lot of injuries in the team, and we have a few players," said Radebe.
"We just need to, in the second round when the [transfer] window period opens for the second round, beef up the team, and then I think we will do well in the second round.
"We just need to keep our heads up, don't drop it, and fix the mistakes that we made in our previous games."
Having lost three times at home, winning four and drawing two, according to Radebe, one of the things they need to work on is on winning their home games in order to stay clear of the relegation zone.
"We need to win our home games, honestly speaking. If we win all our home games, we will survive the relegation. Honestly speaking, we need to work on that," he added.
"I think we only lost against UJ at home and First Touch [Ladies] – those are the only two home games we have lost, so going forward we need to do better."
