UWC narrowly missed out on the league title in the last two seasons, finishing second on both occasions.
Dlamini says they have to win all their remaining matches to stand a chance. The Capetonians are second on the table on 44 points, 12 behind log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies, who have played three games more.
"It's important for us to win the remaining games, our goal is still winning the league. We still want to take the title, we still want to win the league and we'll push by all means to win it. We'll do whatever it takes and fight to win all the remaining games," Dlamini said.
UWC’s first assignment since lifting the COSAFA qualifier trophy is a trip to Limpopo to face First Touch Ladies, and Dlamini says they have to make a huge mental switch from the tournament and focus on the game at hand.
"Us facing First Touch is a big switch mentally because we still have school work to cover and football also to cover. Also, the COSAFA tournament has passed, so we have to shift our mentality,” she added.
‘I think I'm mentally ready for the match against First Touch, my mind has shifted from COSAFA so now we have to focus on the league and achieve our goals also in the league."
Dlamini was the heroine for UWC as she saved a penalty in a marathon shootout which the Capetonians won 9-8 to win the tournament.
UWC and First Touch Ladies face off at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane at 3pm on Sunday. The match will be broadcast live on SABC.
