Mauro Icardi had bagged a brace for the visitors to the New Antalya Stadium with goals on 10 and 52 minutes.
Osimhen, who moved to the Turkish Super Lig club from Napoli this season, already has three goals in four league games, and netted Galatasaray's third with a spectacular overhead kick in stoppage time at the end of the game after only being on the field for 12 minutes.
He had missed the previous game with a muscle strain and made his comeback with a second half cameo.
The result left the club on top of the league standings with eight wins and one draw from nine matches.
Osimhen told his club's website: "The goal was an incredible one. We gained three crucial points today, and I am thrilled about that. I want to dedicate this goal to our coach, Okan Buruk, as today is his birthday, October 19."
Galatasaray's manager Okan Buruk added: "He was on the field for a short while but had a tremendous impact. It would have been such a letdown if that goal hadn't counted."
