The last time the two sides met, Sundowns were dominant with a convincing 7-0 win, but Nhlapho is expecting a tough match against this youthful side, seeing that they have an idea on what to expect from the defending champions.
The skipper believes keeping an unpredictable game plan will help the team collect maximum points away from home.
"Now it's a different approach and mentality from our players as well as their players, so it's going to be a very tough match, it won't be easy, especially for the fact that they are playing at home so their tails will be high," Nhlapho told SABC Sport.
"So we just need to stay as calm as possible to be able to win the game, and I believe we are a team that is always creating, so for us to keep our consistency we just need to make sure we win all our games.
"In this second round, it won't be very easy, but we are prepared for each and everything that will come our way, and I believe we're ready to get the three points this weekend.
"Yes, we might sweat, but at the end of the day, we need to go out there and collect all three point. I know they're going to come at us very hard, like they did in the first round, so we just need to be ready and stay on our toes so they don't get a single point from us."
