Electricity cut off at School of Excellence, R1,3m municipal bill owed

The financial difficulties at the Transnet-SAFA School of Excellence (SOE) have gone from bad to worse after electricity was cut off on Tuesday leaving the 75 boys at the school in the dark and showering with cold water.
