The Proteas head into the T20 series and the ICC Women’s Championship at the back of concluding their T20 World Cup campaign as runners up in Dubai.
The Inbound tour gets underway in East London from 27 November at Willowmoore Park.
Speaking to SABC Sport, Britz says the love of cricket makes them overlook the congested fixtures.
"Yeah, I think we are all mentally ready and very eager to get going. I mean, we love cricket at the end of the day so the sooner we get playing, the better. It's great to have three formats, I think a lot of the girls are probably excited for the test as that's going to get played more often,” Britz said.
“We had a bit of down time so we managed to regroup and get ready for the series that's coming ahead."
South Africa lost against the English team in the group stage T20 World Cup fixtures last month, and Britz says they are aware they need to prepare well for a team that is coming to revenge having missed on the semi-finals.
"We might have lost against England at the World Cup but we also know what we did to them in the previous World Cup and I must say, I think England is definitely gonna come back harder and stronger due to the fact that they never made a semi-final,” she added.
“We are always ready, no matter what team it is and we managed to get to the final at the end of the day. So, we've got a bit of confidence leading up into the England series."
Brits shares her personal ambitions as the Tour resumes next Wednesday.
"For myself, of course, it's just to contribute to the team. I'm only a batter at the end of the day so if I can make as many runs as possible and get the team to a good position and then yeah, I wouldn't mind two half-centuries in the T20 and maybe a century or two in the ODI's and the yeah maybe even in the test,” she explained.
“The test squad of course hasn't been announced yet so we are still waiting on that but yeah, for myself, I wouldn't mind hitting some of those milestones."
