Jansen has blossomed in the Proteas Test team and received the ICC Emerging Cricketer of the Year for his exploits in 2022.
Magala turned in a match-winning performance in the first ODI against England and will be key figure in the national white-ball teams with the 50-over World Cup approaching later this year.
Tristan Stubbs, Bjorn Fortuin and Ryan Rickelton have also been awarded Proteas contracts for the first time.
Test specialist and former captain Dean Elgar has been retained on the list, shutting down speculation that would retire after the series against West Indies.
CSA chief executive officer Pholetsi Moseki commented: "We are really excited by the mix of experienced and younger players that have been contracted this season as we continue to build a world-class outfit under the leadership of red and white-ball head coaches Shukri Conrad and Rob Walter."
