In a letter seen by SABC Sport, one of Royal AM's recently unveiled players has landed in hot water after failing to report for training.
Attorney Leruma Thobejane has informed midfielder Khetukuthula Ndlovu and his agent that the player is in breach of contract by absconding from duty a few days after he was confirmed as one of the clubs's four new signings and welcomed by chairman Andile Mpisane in a brief social media clip last week.

Ndlovus own representatives were the first to write a letter to AM, claiming that the midfielder had not yet put pen to paper on a contract even though he had made himself available for the unveiling shoot a week ago, with the agent insisting that Ndlovu remained a Swallows player.
Swallows FC entered into a sale agreement with Royal AM FC, in terms of which Royal AM FC purchased the player Mr K Ndlovu. One of the material terms of the sale agreement is that Mr K Ndlovus employment contract with Swallows FC is transferred to Royal AM FC. Swallows FC issued a clearance in respect of Mr K Ndlovu, which is in possession with Royal AM FC, reads the document from Thobejane.
And according to the lawyer, Ndlovu actually agreed to the deal, which included Ruzaigh Gamildien and Dillan Solomons, with the latter having since joined Kaizer Chiefs instead after rejecting the switch to Durban.

This was all after a fee of R1.5-million was already paid to the Dube Birds for the services of the three players, with Ndumiso Mabena included in the agreement, which is no longer in its original format.
SABC Sport has it on good authority that Ndlovu was again not at training on Friday, suggesting he and his camp are sticking to their story. But the letter is clear on the consequences of his actions.
Mr Ndlovu is therefore once more officially notified that his failure to report for duty at Royal AM FC is in violation of his employment contract, and this letter serves as a further demand for Mr Ndlovu to report for duty at Royal AM FC, it reads.
There will be a no work, no pay policy.
Thobejane confirmed the letter was authentic.
