Zwane: We'll start getting the results

With results not going their way so far in the DStv Premiership, Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane says the pressure he and the team are facing remains bearable.

Chiefs find themselves down in 14th place on the DStv Premiership table, having won two, drawn two and lost three matches so far this season.

But 'Mangethe', as the former Chiefs flying winger is known by his clan name, is not having sleepless nights yet with their unbeaten home run so far this season giving him plenty of hope instead.

"When it comes to the pressure, it's part of this game and we can't complain about that. People want to see us winning, and we also want to win games. So, as time goes on, I believe everyone will be happy because we'll start getting the results," said Zwane.

"The positive is that so far we haven't lost a game at home, which is something that gives me hope and something that also makes these players believe in themselves even more that, at home, we have to make sure no one comes out [on top]."

This evening's clash against SuperSport United pits Zwane and his assistant Dillon Sheppard against their former head coach Gavin Hunt, which promises to be a tightly contested game given the familiarity between the two benches.

"Ja, you know, we learned a lot from Coach Gavin, when we were with him here, and he's a top coach, there's no doubt about it," he conceded.

"We know, and you must have seen, how they went away to Maritzburg [United] and ground results there - he's a coach that demands [a lot] from his players and there's no doubt that he'll come to FNB [Stadium] to grind a result as well, so we have to be ready for that."
