Ghana winger Eugene Ansah joins FC Dallas

Major League Soccer side FC Dallas have announced the signing of Ghanaian winger Eugene Ansah.

The 28-year-old attacker joins the American club after parting waya with Israeli side Hapoel Beer Sheva.

A former Lokeren, and Hapoel Raanana player, Ansah played 39 games in all competitions last season, scoring six goals and creating three.

Dallas head coach Nico Estevez said on Ghanasoccernet: "Eugene (Ansah) is a quick and agile player who will help create chances for us and score goals as well.

"We've been following him for over a year, and we like that he can play as a winger and as a number nine.

"I can't wait for him to join in with the squad, we sent him a training and fitness plan so by the time he arrives he will be ready to go."
