One of Dlamini's videos on TikTok went viral during the World Cup as he was recorded reacting to Etzebeth's try in the quarter-final against France.
The Springboks were trailing hosts France 25-19 in the final quarter of the last-eight clash at the Stade de France.
With the game in the balance, the Boks made the bold move of opting for a quick tap from a penalty close to the line, with Etzebeth barging over to put his side in the lead in the latter stages.
In Dlamini's video, he is standing watching the video on television before reacting gleefully to the try and shouting "Elizabedi" as he jumps around the room.
The video has garnered over 6.5 million views on TikTok and has been reshared on other social media platforms.
The clip reached the Springbok squad during the Rugby World Cup with captain Siya Kolisi referring to Etzebeth as "Elizabedi" on multiple occasions since their arrival back in South Africa.

However, on Friday, Dlamini got his opportunity to meet his hero in person.
He spots Etzebeth and charges towards him, with the Bok lock recognising him as the pair embrace.
In the video, Etzebeth says to the fan, "You changed my name, hey." before posing for a picture.
