Keagan Dolly opened the scoring in the 13th minute with a stunning left-footed strike from distance, setting the tone for a dominant performance.
TS Galaxy applied early pressure, nearly doubling their lead when Dolly's header in the 21st minute went just wide.
The home side maintained control throughout the first half, limiting Arrows to long-range efforts from Samukelo Kabini and Mpho Mvelase.
Golden Arrows looked for a breakthrough in the second half, with Angelo Van Rooi posing a threat from the right flank.
However, TS Galaxy's defence held firm while continuing to create chances. In the final moments, Puso Dithejane sealed the win with a close-range finish on the counterattack.
Magesi boost survival hopes with much-needed win
Magesi FC edged SuperSport United 1-0 at Seshego Stadium on Saturday to secure three valuable points and lift themselves out of the relegation zone.
Supersport coach Gavin Hunt's afternoon took an early turn as he was shown a straight red card in the 13th minute, leaving his side without their head coach on the touchline.
The first half saw few clear-cut chances, with both sides struggling to break each other down. SuperSport, previously among the league's lowest-scoring teams, lacked creativity, while Magesi remained disciplined at the back.
SuperSport made a double change after the hour mark, introducing Enoch Quaicoe and Oratilwe Moloisane, but Magesi found the breakthrough in the 76th minute when they won a penalty.
Mcedi Vandala calmly slotted it home for his third league goal of the season.
Owen da Gama's side defended resolutely in the closing stages to secure a vital win. Magesi move out of the bottom two, while SuperSport drop to 12th in the standings.
Richards Bay held to goalless draw by Chippa
Richards Bay missed an opportunity to move away from the relegation zone as they drew 0-0 with Chippa United on Saturday night.
The hosts enjoyed more of the possession, and produced five shots on target, but were unable to find the decisive strike, while Chippa only hit the target twice.
Richards Bay are 14th in the standings, only one point clear of the bottom two, while the Chilli Boys are four points further up the table in ninth.
