Seema was appointed in November last year, taking over from Brandon Truter after the two parties went their separate ways due to a string of poor results.
Babina Noko had mixed results in both the DStv Premiership, but were continuing to progress in the CAF Confederation Cup – Seema took over when their group stage campaign in the continental tournament had just started.
SABC Sport has established that the decision to sideline seems now means the coach is likely to vacate his post at the end of the season.

Seema has in charge of a total 21 games winning eight, drawing nine and losing only four up until today’s decision to allow him to go on ‘special leave’.
The public broadcaster understands assistant coach MacDonald Makhubedu and Paulus Masehe will see out the remainder of the season.
Seema could not be reached for comment to explain his side of the story.
