Despite Aurelien Tchouameni's ban and six others, including Vinicius Junior, one yellow away from missing the return leg, the manager remains unfazed.
The six key figures are, Vinicius Junior, Lucas Vazquez, Endrick, Eduardo Camavinga, Antonio Rudiger, and Luka Modric, are all one booking away from a suspension.
Vinicius and Vazquez lead the pack with four yellows each, while the others sit on three. UEFA rules are clear: a fifth caution at the Emirates would rule them out of the return leg at the Santiago Bernabeu, as yellow cards don't reset until after the quarter-finals.
Despite the tightrope, Ancelotti has refused to alter his approach. "I'm not going to change anything," the Italian told reporters ahead of the showdown. "We know that if they can't play in Madrid, we have substitutes. Tchouameni is suspended for tomorrow, but that's it."
His calm stance reflects confidence in the squad's depth, even after a shaky 2-1 La Liga loss to Valencia at the weekend, which left Real Madrid four points adrift of leaders Barcelona with eight games remaining.
The spotlight, however, burns brightest on Vinicius Junior. The Brazilian endured a torrid time against Valencia, missing a penalty and drawing heavy criticism.
Yet Ancelotti remains unfazed. "I haven't spoken to him, and I don't need to," he told the club's official website. "I know he could've done better against Valencia, but when he thinks he hasn't played well, the next game he steps up. I'm convinced he's going to play well tomorrow."
On whether Vinicius will take penalties at the Emirates, Ancelotti kept it cryptic: "We've thought about it, and we'll try to handle that tomorrow."
Recent updates from Real Madrid's official X account confirm the squad have arrived in London, with Ancelotti spotted looking relaxed at training.
Vinicius, too, posted a defiant message on X late Monday, saying, "Ready to fight for the badge," alongside a photo of him in the club's kit, a clear sign he's primed to silence his doubters.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have their own momentum after a gritty 1-0 win over Tottenham in the Premier League. For Real Madrid, navigating this disciplinary minefield while bouncing back from domestic woes will test their champion credentials. Ancelotti, though, has made his call: no fear, no changes, just faith in his stars to deliver.
