The 29-year-old Zimbabwean reunites with former mentor Gavin Hunt after being released by Bucs.
Dzvukamanja had been in Zimbabwe on compassionate leave before SuperSport's interest in the player was registered.
A Matsatsantsa post on Twitter read: "SuperSport United FC is pleased to confirm the signature of Zimbabwean International Terrence Dzvukamanja for an undisclosed transfer fee."
Hunt added: "I know him very well as I have signed him before. He is a versatile top player and can play in multiple positions, which is what we need.
"We are happy to have him, he is a good goal scorer and can also play in areas that you need a player."
Dzvukamanja's arrival comes shortly after the signing of 22-year old Nigerian forward Etiosa Ighodaro on loan from Mamelodi Sundowns.
