SAFA Congress to push ahead with implementation of coaching license regulations?

South African Football Association (Safa) Technical Director Walter Steenbok says they are moving ahead with the implementation of the Caf Club Licensing regulations to enforce coaching licenses on the Premier Soccer League benches and other lower divisions.
