Proteas wicketkeeper-batter De Kock struck a brilliant 81 off 56 balls that included five sixes and eight fours as the Super Giants posted a total of 181-5 batting first.
De Kock was involved in two crucial partnerships, first was a 53-run first-wicket stand with KL Rahul (20 off 14) and then a fruitful 56-run partnership with Marcus Stoinis (24 off 15).
West Indian Nicholas Pooran them made sure the Super Giants went past the 180-run mark with a quick-fire unbeaten 40 off just 21 deliveries.
The Royal Challengers were given a good start in the run-chase when openers Faf du Plessis (19) and Virat Kohli (22) added 40 within the first five overs.
The Super Giants though had an ace up their sleeve in express fast bowler Mayank Yadav who took struck holes in the batting line-up with figures of 3-14 in his overs.
RCB were eventually bowled out for 153 in the final over of the innings as the Super Giants picked up their second victory in three matches this campaign.
