While Dortmund lead 1-0 lead from the first leg of the last 16 match, Reus would be aware that Chelsea are in desperate need of a win and this match will likely be their biggest game of the season.
Despite Chelsea's recent league struggles and mounting pressure on manager Graham Potter, Dortmund cannot afford to be complacent, warned Reus.
The German international midfielder spoke to The Daily Mirror, and stated that he expected an enormous amount of pressure from the first minute of the game.
"People know that Chelsea are not in good place at moment, but in the first leg they played well and our victory wasn't easy.
"Now for Chelsea, this match will be key, it is their match of the season, and that means we can expect an enormous and significant amount of pressure from the first minute," said Reus.
The 33-year-old Reus also acknowledged the strength of the Chelsea squad, which boasts some big names but have struggled in the Premier League sitting in 10th place on the log, but believed that the Blues may reawaken in London tonight.
"I expect a very hard match in London and while our advantage is small, it at least permits us to manage the situation. We are in a good moment and that is positive, although nobody thinks we can go to England and be calm," said Reus.
Dortmund have won their last 10 matches and are currently in a fight with Bayern Munich and Union Berlin to win the Bundesliga title this season. Reus and his teammates head into this Champions League clash with a fully fit squad and confident.
