But yah I have definitely hang my tekkies in the national level and yah looking forward to enjoy my time being assigned as a coach but I wont be playing on the international level anymore said Mthembu, confirming her exit from the national team.
The-37-year old talented mthembu indicated that she has achieved all that she wanted as an international player.
She has now shifted her focus to coaching and in the opening week of the Telkom Netball League she had led the Kingdom Queens to third position in Division Two of the tournament.
I think I had a lot of expectations for the doors actually that Im coaching Kingdom Queens ummh you know as this tournament went I realised the league had a huge impact in them especially when we sort playing back to back games so I really had to be smart about managing the girls legs but otherwise it has been going well Mthembu conclued
Although the team is showing a potential of doing better than the last two seasons, Mthembu says theres a lot of work ahead.
