Organisers announced this week that 70 000 tickets had already been sold for the mouthwatering clash. Twickenham boasts a capacity of 82 000.
The Boks will face their old foes on Friday, 25 August, in what will be their last match before their World Cup campaign begins just over two weeks later on 10 September against Scotland in Marseille.
This makes the Twickenham clash the perfect appetizer before the main course arrives.
With so many tickets already snapped up, a sell-out looks increasingly likely, particularly with rugby fever set to intensify as the World Cup approaches.
Prior to the August 25 clash, the Boks will also meet the All Blacks in Auckland on 15 July as part of this year's abbreviated Rugby Championship.
