Dweba was joined on the score sheet by Suleiman Hartzenberg, Leolin Zas and Neethling Fouche as the home side scored five tries to the visitors' two.
Lions lock Ruben Schoeman was shown a straight red card for a dangerous tackle on Manie Libbok midway through the first half and the Stormers made the most of the man advantage.
The hosts crossed the try line three times in the opening period with hooker Dweba scoring from a maul after sustained pressure.
The home side then doubled their advantage when a Libbok cross-kick found right-wing Hartzenberg, who had the easiest finish.
Dweba then crashed over for another five-pointer from a maul before halftime for a 15-0 lead with Libbok missing all three conversions.
The Lions had hopes of a comeback and were on the board early after the interval when wing Edwill van der Merwe showed some individual brilliance to score a try in the corner.
The Stormers though extended their advantage just minutes later when a beautiful backline move saw Zas go over for the bonus-point try and a 22-5 lead.
The visitors still did not give up the fight and substitute Franco Marais pulled a try back as the match entered into the final quarter.
The Stormers though put the icing in the cake in the closing stages as replacement prop Fouche went over under the posts after an impressive build-up to seal the victory.
